With over twenty yers experiance in the learning and development secotr Gary Castell has had a to grow and develop himself
as time, technology and initiatives have moved on.
He started at the bottom in a survival training centre in the 1980's and culminated by developing from scratch the first
industry approved survival training centre in the Caribbean.
From them he has moved into the oil and gas service industry and has added the development of in-house competnece to his
portfolio. This has been an encouraging project that culminated in gaining approval from OPITO for the Competence Management
System that was put in place.
In his present role he finds himself joining a hard working and dynamic team that strives towards developing a fully integrated
system of learning and development with defined systems in place to ensure that high quality remains at the forefront of all
the products he intergrates with.
